It is the Shouldham Emergency Contingency Team’s aim to ensure that no vulnerable resident is left helpless. We rely on that community spirit and neighbourly watchfulness to do that as our most vulnerable tend not to be online and have a social media presence then they are at risk of missing out on much of the help that is available.
